For May's Ipswich Property Network meet, I have great pleasure in welcoming Mark l'Anson to talk about his experiences sourcing and trading.
He has been involved in the property market for seven years and in that time has traded nearly 500 properties in Spain, Cyprus, and South Africa, and a further 350 deals in the UK.
Mark will be sharing some of his sourcing techniques with us and how he has developed a system to follow potential deals through. He will also discuss how he packages deals and markets these to a hungry list of investors.
